One day National level Webinar on the theme “Recent Trends in Company Administration” was organinsed by PG and Research Department of Commerce, on 20^th April, 2021 at 2.00 pm in the Department of Commerce, Cardamom Planters’ Association College, Bodinayakanur, in which students from our college and other colleges, staff members from our college and other colleges have participated. About 145 have registered through google forms and 84 members were present in this meeting.

Dr. S. Balamurugan, Vice-Principal, Head of the Department of Commerce & Convenor of the programme welcomed the gathering and Dr. K. Vanitheeswari, Organising Secretary and  Assistant professor of Commerce has introduced the chief guest to the gatherings. Dr. R. Maria Inigo, Ph.D., Associate Professor, PG and Research Department of Corporate Secretaryship, Bharathidasan Govt. College for Women, Puducherry acted as the guest speaker.

The Webinar provided an insight view on the Recent Trends in Company Administration. Dr.S.Sivakumar, Principal (i/c) of CPA College presided over the function and delivered presidential address.

. Dr. R. Maria Inigo, in his key note address highlighted about the   recent amendments in company administration. He also highlighted about listed and unlisted companies, women companies, co-operative societies, activity based working and other relevant laws of company administration.

The concluding session of the seminar resolved the doubts and queries of gatherings by our chief guest. Finally, Dr. A. Sujatha , Assistant Professor of Commerce proposed vote of thanks.
