The Online UGC Student Induction Programme 2021 at Cardamom Planters’ Association College, Bodinayakanur, was meticulously organized by the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) from September 15^th to 18^th, 2021. Coordinated by G. Rajmohan, Head & Assistant Professor of Physics, and Dr. C. Gopi, Head & Assistant Professor of Botany, the program saw active participation from 415 students.

The inaugural session, conducted on Day 1, featured Dr. R. Tamil Selvi from SAC Women’s College, Cumbum, delivering an inspiring inaugural address. The subsequent sessions included engaging activities by Dr. R. Murugesan, discussions on student aspirations and family expectations, and invigorating physical activities led by Dr. K. Siva, the Director of Physical Education.

Days 2 and 3 encompassed special lectures by Prof. N. Sukumaran and Dr. B. Suresh, literary sessions with Dr. L. Alamelu and Dr. C. Muniyandi, and discussions on human needs, peer pressure, prosperity, relationships, and universal human values. Physical activities, including yoga and drill, were conducted by Dr. A. Maheswaran and Dr. K. Siva.

The programme concluded with a valedictory address by Dr. N. Mani, Associate Professor & Head, Department of Economics, Erode Arts and Science College, Erode, providing a fitting end to an enriching and comprehensive induction experience.
