Report on Communication Skill Training Programme

        The Career Guidance Cell, Placement Cell, and CPAC IAS Academy of CPA College, Bodinayakanur, jointly organized a Communication Skill Training Programme on 2nd September 2025 at 11:00 AM in the New Seminar Hall. The theme of the event was “Mastering the Art of Communication Skills.”

          The session began with the Tamil Thaai Vazhthu, followed by a Welcome Address delivered by Mr. S. Daniel, Assistant Co-ordinator of the Placement Cell. The Presidential Address was delivered by Dr. S. Sivakumar, Principal of CPA College, who emphasized the importance of effective communication in personal and professional growth.

         Dr. C. Vasanthi, Assistant Co-ordinator of the IAS Academy Cell, introduced the Chief Guest, Mr. Anand Rajendran, Corporate Advisor – Strategy & Operations, and Honorary Professor at Gandhigram University.

          The Keynote Address was delivered by Mr. Anand Rajendran, who highlighted various strategies to enhance communication skills. He explained how mastering communication can build confidence, improve teamwork, and open opportunities for success in career and leadership. His session was highly informative and interactive, providing valuable insights to the students.

       The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Mr. C. Kondalraj, Member of the Placement Cell, followed by the National Anthem.

         The training session proved to be very useful for the students, equipping them with practical tips to develop and refine their communication abilities.
