Students from various disciplines who are being involved in Library activities gathered for a visit to Anna Centenary Library at Madurai. 36 Students participated in the event. 4 Staff members accompanied the students. The Library has 6 floors with all latest facilities. Books have been organsed in sections such as Tamil, English, Competitive Exam section, Rare book collection, Children's section and Kalaignar wirtings in a separate Section. The library also has a mini conference hall and a Museum. The museum has archieval pictures and monuments from Keezhadi, a historical archival site. The Library also has a Digital Section where the users can access databases at free of cost. The students had enjoyed the event and they have been motivated to study.
