FDP on Innovative ICT Tools for Blended and Flipped Classrooms

The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Cardamom Planters’ Association College organized a Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on Innovative ICT Tools for Blended and Flipped Classrooms on October 29, 2024. The event took place at Subburaj Memorial A/c Hall at 10:30 a.m. and was aimed at enhancing the teaching capabilities of the faculty members, particularly in relation to meeting NAAC accreditation requirements.

 

The programme commenced with a prayer, setting a positive tone for the session. Dr.K. Krishnan, NAAC Coordinator and Associate Professor & Head of the PG & Research Department of Mathematics, delivered the welcome address, where he emphasized the importance of incorporating innovative teaching methods and ICT tools to elevate the quality of education.

 

The presidential address was delivered by Dr. S. Sivakumar, Principal of C.P.A. College.

 

The keynote address was given by Dr. R. Murugesan, Head & Associate Professor of Computer Science, C.P.A. College. His session focused on the integration of ICT tools into daily teaching practices, offering practical insights into how technology can be leveraged to make learning more engaging and effective.

 

The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. S. Balamurugan, Head & Associate Professor of Commerce, who expressed gratitude to all the speakers and participants for their active involvement in making the programme a success. The event concluded with the National Anthem.
