- Global Climate Strike Sep-2019: Climate Change Awareness rally was conducted behalf of Unnat Bharat Abhiyan, Eco-Club and NSS of Cardamom Planter's Association College on 27th September 2019 between 9.00-9.40am from Thevar Statue to Municipal Office of Bodinayakanur Town. In this campaign our college Management, Principal, Professors, Non-Teaching Staff, Students and Publics of around 2000 members were participated in rallies with raising awareness slogans. At this awareness rally, the students carried out various awareness campaigns on the environment with banners of avoid plastic, save water, public transport & bicycle usage, etc. The college vice-president inaugurated the awareness rally. Bodi-Municipal Police Inspectors, District Pollution Control Board Director, Principal and Coordinator were in the forefront. As a result of this, everyone came to the college today by public transport and bicycle. Automobiles were completely avoided, especially two-wheelers, four-wheelers. This makes our college two-wheeler and four-wheeler-free campus.
