About Department

         The Department of Physics was established in the year 2015 during the inception of the Institution. The department is devoted to teaching undergraduate students. The main aim of the department is to provide high-quality physics education, producing well-groomed undergraduates who will be strongly engaged in pushing the frontiers of knowledge in physics and its related disciplines through scholarly activities.

       The physics department focuses on inspiring teachers and creative students. As was pointed out by Albert Einstein “It is the supreme art of the teacher to awaken joy in creative expression and knowledge”. Taking this forward, we ensure that apart from imparting a strong theoretical foundation, the students enrolled in our department are provided with fully equipped laboratories so that they can gain knowledge and expertise on optics, electronics, microprocessor-based programming, mechanics, thermal physics, etc.

      The goal of the Physics department is to nurture young talents, to focus on Excellent Academic Environment, standards, assessment and outcomes, and to ensure that all students learn in a more powerful way. We also find ways to motivate our students to scale greater heights than ever before.
