CPA College PG Department of Commerce organized Seminar on “Employability of Block Chain” on 5th October 2023.

            The seminar focused on details about the scope of Employability of Block Chain. Mrs.G.Shantha Devi. Head, PG Department of Commerce (SF), welcomed the gathering and the presidential address was delivered by Dr.S.Sivakumar, Ph.D., Principal i/c. The Felicitation was delivered by Dr.S.Balamurugan, Ph.D.,Vice–Principal and followed by Mr.S.Sureshkumar, MBA.,M.Phil.,NET., Co-Ordinator, Self Finance courses. Introduction of the chief guest by Mrs.N.Nalini, Head PG Department of Commerce (SF). 

The Keynote address was given by Mr.I.Jegankumar.,MCA, M.Phil., Director, BBE - Block Chain Academy. The resource person outlined the blockchain technology courses, and how and why blockchain is upcoming in the future. As he said, “Invest your energy into something that’s going to contribute to your growth”. Blockchain technology is one of the most important discoveries and creative developments playing a vital role in the professional world today.


 

He described blockchain technology is transforming several traditional industries in the modern world, including banking, finance, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and many others. One of the most sought-after careers in the tech industry is becoming a blockchain professional. He briefing the students about Blockchain technology is a new concept that is still evolving. It has become a significant part of the industry today. Future careers in blockchain may also evolve as this is here to stay in the industry for a longer time. 

He also highlighted the Major blockchain technology career opportunities are Blockchain Developer, Blockchain Solution Architect, Blockchain Project Manager, Blockchain UX designer and Blockchain Legal Consultant. He gives ideas to the students about careers in blockchain technology and how them to get the job advance in this popular field.

The seminar gave students a comprehensive overview of the significance of studying blockchain courses.

Finally the session is concluded with the vote of thanks by Mr.S.Sethuraman, Assistant Professor, PG Department of Commerce (SF). This seminar was ended with National Anthem.
